【 Job Description 】 :

1. Responsible for analyzing customers' requirements for equipment and production lines, cooperating with production line planning center to develop project solutions, and carrying out program evaluation, risk identification, prevention and control.

2. Responsible for the preliminary design of the company's related products and production line schemes, output technical schemes and outline budgets, and organize relevant parties to review the project schemes to ensure that they meet customer requirements.

【 Qualification 】 :

1. 25-40 years old, 3 years or more working experience in non-standard product or automation design;

2. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical related major, proficient in 3D software for 3D and 2D drawing design;

3. Have experience in mechanical design of automation equipment, master mechanical principles and tolerance coordination; Familiar with machining, welding and sheet metal, surface treatment and other processing technology;

4. Master servo motor selection calculation, familiar with pneumatic hydraulic principle and selection, can carry out related design;

5. Have mechanical transmission design experience, familiar with gear rack, lead screw, belt and other transmission methods, and can independently complete the selection calculation;

6. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, willing to accept challenging tasks.

7. Ability to use software such as Ansys and simulation for structural statics and modal analysis is preferred;
